I started the HG 1/144 HG Cherudim Gundam GNHW/R a few days ago and it’s a quick build. Like most (all?) of the newer HG models, the detail is good and easy going. I’ll post completed pictures when it’s done.
Gundam RX-78-2? Meet Gundam Exia. That was a tough model to assemble. I started this model August 23rd and I just couldn’t really make the time to put it together. When I assembled the MG Char’s Zaku 2.0 I had less trouble. The MG Exia is finicky and it’s flexibility is what makes it tough… Read more Completed MG Gundam Exia
Lately I have been catching up on my Gunpla stash pretty well. Here’s the start I got on the MG Gundam Exia. The picture above shows I needs to straighten out the decals. As with all of the current Gunpla, this one looks like it has a lot of potential. I’m returning back to work… Read more Began assembling the MG Gundam Exia
This one was rated “Okay”. The stiffness in some of the joints is a huge problem. On the original (and virtually identical) MG F91, I did not have that worry. Now I am moving on to the MG Gundam Exia Ignition mode version. I’ll take more photos.

I can’t read the Japanese text, but this method for lighting up the MG Exia’s head is very cool. See the YouTube video for the finished work.
The arms and shoulder are completed. Next up come the legs.
I’m continuing to go through my backlog of master grade Gundam models and I am now working on the Harrison Madyn blue F91. When I built the other MG F91, I left off all the decals. This time I plan to put on most of them. I’ll post more photos as I continue building this… Read more The Blue F91 MG
Saw this on Ngee Khiong: It’s a scary diorama that anyone who collects and builds Gunpla can relate to. Not that I’m like that, no, no way…
After I completed the Crossbone Gundam I started the 1/144 HG 00 Raiser designer colors version. Not a bad build and I put on almost all of the decals. My son built the 1/100 00 Gundam and this one had shared a lot of the same flexibility. With HG models, the build time is very… Read more Completed the 1/144 HG 00 Raiser
